Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Thank you for supporting us at thetailoredhaircollection.com. Due to the nature of our products, and federal health regulations, we are unable to allow returns or exchanges. The Tailored Hair Collection, LLC does not allow refunds on, including but not limited to, custom wigs, classes, hair extensions, service appointments, botanicals, etc.
Rescheduling or Canceling a Consultation
If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation please do so as soon as possible by way of email or text (419) - 745 - 9164. Deposits are non refundable; however, you can reschedule once within one month of your initial consultation time. Please click here for our CO-VID19 procedures and updates.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, email us at within twenty-four hours of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number and photo images of the damaged or defective product.
Purchases Made Through Retailers
The Tailored Hair Collection, LLC is unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer. Please contact the seller or store where you purchased your products for further assistance.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
