Returns and Refunds  

Thank you for shopping at The Tailored Hair Collection, LLC. Due to federal health regulations, we are unable to allow returns and do not grant refunds.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received a damaged or defective product, email us at thetailoredhaircollection@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number and photo images of the damaged or defective product. 

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping. 

Rescheduling or Canceling a Consultation 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation please do so as soon as possible by way of email thetailoredhaircollection@gmail.com. Deposits are non refundable; however, you can reschedule once within one month of your initial consultation time.
