Most straight and body wave hair extensions are in stock and ready to ship. For express shipping, we recommend contacting customer service before placing an order to confirm that your desired texture and length is in stock. After your order is placed, your processing time will begin on the following business day and end when your order is fulfilled. Once fulfilled, your package will be shipped and you will receive an email with tracking information.
 
Shipping Information
Be sure to check that you've provided the correct address before completing your order. If for any reason your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. We ship all orders with United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Once your package is shipped, expect to receive it in 1 to 4 business days. 

Package Responsibility Policy 
Once we hand over a package to the designated postal company for delivery, our responsibility for the package ends. The postal company becomes solely responsible for the safe and timely delivery of the package to its intended destination. 

In the unfortunate event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist our customers to the best of our ability in contacting the postal company to initiate an investigation. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs once the package is no longer under our control. 

If a customer wishes to file a claim or dispute with the postal company regarding a lost or damaged package, we will provide any necessary documentation or information to assist them. However, any resolution, compensation, or reimbursement resulting from such claims is the sole responsibility of the postal company.
