RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Tailored Hair Collection, LLC does not allow returns, exchanges or monetary refunds. If there happens to be any issue upon doing business with The Tailored Hair Collection, LLC please email hello@thetailoredhaircollection.com. The Tailored Hair Collection, LLC aims to satisfy all customers and will try to resolve all issues. Leave us a review here.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you have received a damaged or defective item, email hello@thetailoredhaircollection.com within forty-eight hours of receiving your order. Please include your name, order number and photo images of the damaged or defective item.

RESCHEDULING OR CANCELING A CONSULTATION

If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation please do so as soon as possible by way of email hello@thetailoredhaircollection.com. Deposits are non refundable; however, you can reschedule once within one month of your initial consultation time.
